Working closely with Universal Constructions and the City of Swan, SnB Electrical were able to help provide a new neighbourhood park & pavilion to ever growing Brabham community. Commencing in November 2020 and completed July 2021 the turfed playing field, pavilion, sports floodlighting, carpark & practise cricket nets were a challenging yet rewarding project for the SnB team.

With a water table of 1m the challenges were apparent early during the installation of the 5m deep footings for the 30m lighting towers. 4 x 30m lighting towers each weighing 3tonne with 4 x 1500w LED floodlights.

The electrical services contract saw SnB Electrical and the City of Swan electrical team working side by side with the contract works divided between the two. The extent of works by SnB was Pavilion lighting, emergency lighting system & computerised monitoring system, MATV, Communications installation, Building Main LV Switchboard, sub-main cabling, lighting tower distribution switchboards, flood lighting control gear, erection & installation of lighting towers and footing. Extensive security & CCTV system coordinated by SnB Electrical.
