Partnered with EMCO Building, SnB Electrical took on the electrical contract for the multi-story Office Development. Being a D&C project there were many challenges(changes) throughout the build none being more challenging than the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak thus causing major delays and extending the contract program to July 2021.

Comprising of 6 tenancy’s the master metered electrical installation consisted of 6 distribution switchboards and a building main switchboard, supplying the common service amenities, ground floor basement and fire pump set. Other services completing the electrical package including 3-phase power for car stackers, emergency lighting, Communications MDF & building distributors, lift supply and fire detection & warning system.
