EMCO Building awarded SnB Electrical the electrical services contract for the GEODIS Office & Warehouse Facility D&C, comprising of a 2,500m2 warehouse and an adjoining single storey office space. In addition to the main construction area SnB’s contract includedcarpark lighting and 3-phase power pillars for containers.

Electrical services included supply, installation, and commissioning of; underground and temporary power, installation of luminaires, switchboards, switches, DATA/COMMS & MATV. 

With obstacles like, the introduction of racking to the warehouse area resulting in a complete redesign of the lighting, new design to the office fit off including a new DATA/COMMS scope. SnB were able to complete this project in just 26weeks handing over the project in December 2019.
