An addition to the existing Yanchep Secondary College saw an introduction of a new Performing Arts Block and refurbishments to the Technologies Block. This consisted of upgrading woodwork and metalwork workshops, new mechatronics studio and a commercial food workshop.

EMCO Building engaged with SnB Electrical for a complete electrical installation. SnB scope of works included: LV switchboards, light fittings & emergency lighting, cable trays, ducts & conduits, sub-circuit cabling, accessories & outlets, demolition, fire detection & warning system, communications installation, assistance call system and metering system capable of remote monitoring. SnB also supplied & installed a feature lighting package with intelligent control system.

Projected handed over on time and budget to the client in December 2020.
